Cancelling is easy at KOBA. Just give our customer team a call and any of our agents can help you cancel anytime. We don't have any cancellation fees and you're able to cancel mid-term.
You'll need to pay for any kilometres driven up to the cancellation date and you will also be entitled to a refund of any portion of your Fixed premium or the KOBA Admin fee that is paid in advance of the cancel date.
We will work out if the difference results in a refund to you or whether you owe us money. If we owe you a refund, we'll credit your nominated card account or if you owe us, we will charge your nominated card account. If you are entitled to a refund we will return the amount within 15 business days.
You must also return the KOBA Rider to us in the same working condition as it was sent to you within 14 days of the policy end date or we charge the KOBA Rider fee that is stated on your insurance certificate.
