Not to worry, the KOBA Rider can be a little tricky sometimes.

If you think your first KOBA Rider is damaged, let us know too. We'll happily mail you a second one to get you connected quickly. You just need to return the damaged one to us within 14 days of us agreeing to send you a replacement.
