KOBA HQ will automatically send you a packing slip to print out and mail the original device back to us. This is so we can check it and re-use and refurbish it where possible.
As we effectively 'loan' the KOBA Rider to our customers, the Rider remains the property of KOBA, so please send the original device back to us. If it's not returned to us within 14 days, we may charge you a KOBA Rider fee. This fee is outlined in your Insurance Certificate.
