It can take a few trips before your KOBA Rider is fully configured and connected to the App. Not to worry though. You're fully covered from your policy start date with KOBA, so we've got you covered from then.
Firstly, double-check to make sure your Rider is activated. Is it plugged tightly into the OBD-II socket, with a light flashing? This light could be red, amber or green. As long as a light's on, it should be connected. Over the next few days, use your car a few times and check the App regularly.
Your trips are recorded and stored locally on the Rider; when a strong connection is made between the device and the App, the trips will begin to flow through.
If however, you still don't see any trips appearing, get in touch and we'll double check if everything's working as it should. If not, we'll send you a replacement Rider asap to make sure you're paying what's right for you.
