Not to worry, it happens to all of us!
There are two easy ways to get back into the App:
- Navigate back to the login screen where you're asked to input your username and password. Below this, there is a link that says 'forgot login'
- Click on this link and we'll send a new temporary password to your email address on file
- Once you're logged in, you can change your login information to something more memorable to you
