If more than one person is listed on the policy, multiple people on the same policy can also install the app. Please note however there is only one policyholder (everyone else listed is an 'additional driver'), and therefore, only one set of login credentials for the App.
If there's more than one person using the same app, will we see the same info?
Yes, if you're both using the same login credentials, you will access the same information on the app. This includes seeing all trip, billing, policy documents, contact information, etc.
Can I have a separate login info if I'm an additional driver?
Unfortunately, no. At launch, KOBA only allows for one app and one login per vehicle.
How can I get the login info?
All login info will be emailed to the policyholder's email address on file. The policyholder will need to give you access to their login credentials and share this will you directly. KOBA cannot provide additional drivers with login information.
If I have access to the app, does that mean I'm covered by KOBA?
Please remember, having access to the App doesn't guarantee cover under your policy. Members of your household need to be listed as a driver on your policy in order to be covered. An unlisted household member is not covered to drive.
