If you'd like to cancel, contact us through our App, or phone our customer team.
When you cancel with us, we'll calculate if you need a refund, or if there is a final payment due. Your fixed costs are paid in advance, but your driving premium however is paid in arrears, so we'll tally up the km since the last billing cycle and work out the charge for the km travelled. We'll work out the difference.
We'll also send you a pre-paid sticker to send the KOBA Rider back to HQ so we can reuse and recycle. Just remember that the KOBA Rider remains our property so you need to return it back to us in the same working order as it was sent to you within 14 days of cancelling your policy. If you don't return it we may charge you the KOBA Rider fee which is stated on your Insurance certificate or deduct that amount from any refund we owe you for the cancellation.
